Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate or equivalent.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse/inventory systems.
• Ability to receive, pick, pack, scan, and dispatch stock accurately.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
• Knowledge of Inventory Management and Customer Service principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, move, store, and dispatch incoming stock and materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for delivery or collection.
• Scan and record inventory movements with precise warehouse records.
• Ensure assets are processed through systems and avoid unauthorised manual removal.
• Complete documentation for orders, deliveries, and collections.
• Conduct deliveries and collections within Gauteng using company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory controls and support stock location and replenishment.
• Keep warehouse clean, safe, and well-organised.
• Follow safety requirements and escalation procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.
