Job summary

Paracon is seeking a Delivery Lead – Senior Java Full Stack Developer to lead the technical execution and delivery of Java-based full-stack solutions. The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, ensuring phased delivery and alignment to business requirements and standards.

You will oversee technical delivery across phased rollouts, collaborate with Product Managers and Designers, and ensure automated testing and CI/CD practices are followed.

Role Overview

The Delivery Lead – Senior Java Full Stack Developer will lead the technical execution and delivery of Java-based full-stack solutions. The role combines hands‑on technical expertise with technical leadership, collaboration, and responsibility for successful phased delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Development
• Lead the technical execution of software engineering solutions in alignment with business requirements and engineering standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineering resources.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React and/or Angular, and SQL.
• Promote and maintain best practices across coding, testing, and deployment.
• Keep up to date with relevant AI innovations and applicable engineering practices.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritise technical deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure features are delivered within agreed timelines.
