Job summary

Paracon is seeking a Delivery Lead – Senior Java Full Stack Developer to lead the technical execution and delivery of Java-based full-stack solutions. The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, ensuring phased delivery and alignment to business requirements and standards.

You will oversee technical delivery across phased rollouts, collaborate with Product Managers and Designers, and ensure automated testing and CI/CD practices are followed.

• Senior-level experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• Experience providing technical leadership or guidance to engineering teams.
• Experience with software development, testing, deployment, and technical delivery.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing technical dependencies.
• Experience delivering system or partner integrations and phased releases.
• Strong technical leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance across engineering resources.
• Lead technical delivery of Java-based full-stack solutions in alignment with requirements and standards.
• Develop and deliver full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React and/or Angular, and SQL.
• Promote best practices in coding, testing, and deployment; maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers and stakeholders to prioritise deliverables and manage dependencies.
• Coordinate phased rollouts and partner integrations across multiple phases.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support maintenance and compliance.
