Placements24 is seeking a diligent Delivery Driver to manage fleet operations in the Cape Town area. The role focuses on timely and secure deliveries, operating company vehicles, and maintaining vehicle readiness. You will communicate with dispatch and customers to support a high level of service.

The successful candidate will have a Code 10+ license, 2+ years of professional driving experience, PDP, and strong interpersonal skills to excel in a fast-paced logistics team.

Qualifications

• Valid Code 10 driver's license or higher.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience.
• Good knowledge of the Cape Town road network.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 20kg.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional driving permit (PDP) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily delivery schedules accurately and punctually.
• Operate a delivery vehicle safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws.
• Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions.
