Placements24 is seeking a strategic DeFi Product Manager to drive groundbreaking decentralized finance products from their Benoni hub. You will own the full product lifecycle, from conception and market research to launch and iteration, collaborating with engineering, marketing, and design to deliver best-in-class financial products.

The role requires deep DeFi knowledge, strong communication, and a passion for Web3, with a hybrid work model and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced space.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS or related field.
• 5+ years in product management with blockchain/DeFi focus.
• Solid understanding of DeFi protocols and ecosystem.

Responsabilidades

• Define product strategy, roadmap and feature prioritization for DeFi products.
• Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities.
• Write detailed specifications and user stories for engineering.
• Collaborate with design/UX for intuitive decentralized apps.
• Work with engineering to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Analyze metrics, collect feedback and drive iterations.
• Keep up with DeFi trends and innovations.
