You will own the full product lifecycle, from conception and market research to launch and iteration, collaborating with engineering, marketing, and design to deliver best-in-class financial products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS or related field.
• 5+ years in product management with blockchain/DeFi focus.
• Solid understanding of DeFi protocols and ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap and feature prioritization for DeFi products.
• Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities.
• Write detailed specifications and user stories for engineering.
• Collaborate with design/UX for intuitive decentralized apps.
• Work with engineering to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Analyze metrics, collect feedback and drive iterations.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and strategic DeFi Product Manager to drive the development of groundbreaking decentralized finance products from their Benoni hub. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from conception and market research to launch and iteration. This role requires a deep understanding of the DeFi ecosystem, market trends, and user needs. You will collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and design teams to deliver best-in-class financial products that empower users in the decentralized world. Key Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization for DeFi products
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify new product opportunities
• Write detailed product specifications, user stories, and requirements for engineering teams
• Collaborate with design and UX teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for decentralized applications
• Work closely with engineering teams throughout the development process, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery
• Analyze product performance metrics, gather user feedback, and drive product iterations
• Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in Decentralized Finance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on blockchain or DeFi products
• Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, including lending, borrowing, trading, and stablecoins
• Proven ability to define product strategy and manage the full product lifecycle
• Experience working with agile development methodologies and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
