Job summary

Qualifications

• More than 5 years' experience in systems engineering, preferably in defence.
• More than 5 years' experience in military system development.
• Strong technical understanding of defence products, particularly weapons systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering across the full product life cycle with rigorous design, integration, verification, and qualification of complex defence systems.
• Translate client requirements into detailed technical specifications and comprehensive system documentation.
• Lead formal technical reviews and ensure adherence to established systems engineering processes.
• Act as the primary technical interface to customers for assigned projects.
• Coordinate system integration and testing to achieve system qualification.
• Support the preparation of accurate technical documentation for proposals and product specifications.
• Perform hands-on, low-level design work within your area of expertise.
