Motus Corporation is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to oversee the dealership's financial department, ensuring internal controls and governance align with sound financial practices. The role supports the Dealer Principal and Financial Executive in achieving objectives, identifying risks, and ensuring timely reporting.

The position also supports HR with payroll matters at dealership level and requires leadership to manage a team of finance professionals and optimize financial processes

Qualifikationen

• BCom degree with Accounting NQF7+ required.
• 5+ years' accounting/financial management experience.
• Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
• Leadership diploma/certificate an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and report financial statements to Division, HQ and auditors.
• Prepare and complete various weekly, monthly and annual financial statements.
• Complete monthly management reports.
• Compile management accounts, including budgets, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries.
• Produce financial and management information.
• Maintain the integrity and reliability of the financial data.
• Oversee accurate reconciliation of all financial records.
• Manage and report on budgets and cash flows.
• Lead and develop finance and administration staff.
