Job summary

Fumani Holdings is seeking an experienced dealership leader to oversee all operations across new and used vehicle sales, service, parts, and finance at Westonaria. The role emphasizes achieving sales, profitability, and customer service objectives while ensuring OEM standards and regulatory compliance.

You will monitor financial performance, prepare reports, lead people management, drive customer satisfaction, and steer marketing and brand positioning.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Management or an equivalent qualification (essential).
• 8–10 years of automotive industry experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven track record in dealership leadership, achieving sales and profitability targets.

• Lead overall dealership operations, including new and used vehicle sales, service, parts, and finance.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and customer service objectives.
• Ensure compliance with OEM standards and regulatory requirements.
