Harley-Davidson is seeking a seasoned Market Dealer Network Manager to drive growth and development strategies across the dealer network in South Africa. You will analyze markets, onboard new dealers, set standards, and support contracts and relocations to strengthen customer experience.
You will lead training, monitor performance, and implement data-led reviews to inform the Dealer Network Representation Plan.

This role is responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of the market dealer network growth and development plans to achieve the market strategic business objectives. This includes market and dealer network analytics, prospecting and new dealer and alternative retail outlet appointments, together with the continuous improvement of our existing network, including relocations, refurbishments and dealer training.
