Qualifications

• NQF Level 7 qualification in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management.
• 10–15 years' production management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 5 years' managerial experience.
• Strong production planning and manufacturing operations experience.
• Demonstrated Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production operations and ensure targets are met.
• Lead Lean initiatives and drive productivity improvements across operations.
• Develop and manage production schedules, workflows and resources.
• Monitor quality, safety and cost KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Support cross-functional teams (Maintenance, Quality, Procurement, Logistics).
• Lead, develop and manage production teams and ensure effective communication.
