Job summary

Blue Pearl HQ is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale IT and digital transformation initiatives in a large retail environment. You will plan, manage, and deliver projects from initiation through to sign-off, coordinating with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within large enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering digital transformation and technology implementation projects.
• Experience working within the retail sector is advantageous.
• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience managing multi-vendor and multi-team delivery environments.
• Ability to manage projects involving data, analytics, cloud, or modern technology platforms.
• Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-scale technology and digital transformation projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies using industry best practices.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to translate strategic objectives into executable project roadmaps.
• Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solution delivery.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including architecture, engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
• Drive project governance, reporting, and decision-making processes.
• Manage project risks, issues, change requests, and dependencies proactively.
• Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions are implemented successfully and embedded into business operations.
• Monitor project performance against timelines, budgets, business benefits, and user adoption metrics.
• Manage multiple vendors and delivery partners to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Ensure adherence to the Decision Inc. Project Lifecycle methodology and project management standards.
