Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within large enterprise environments.
• Delivery of data, analytics and digital transformation initiatives.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise-scale technology and digital transformation projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risks and dependencies using industry best practices.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to translate strategy into executable roadmaps.
• Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams including architecture, engineering, data, and stakeholders.
• Drive governance, reporting and decision-making processes.
• Manage risks, issues, change requests and dependencies proactively.
• Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide status updates.
• Ensure solutions are embedded into business operations.
• Monitor performance against timelines, budgets, benefits and adoption metrics.
• Manage multiple vendors and delivery partners to ensure alignment.
• Adhere to the Decision Inc. Project Lifecycle methodology and standards.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-scale IT and digital transformation initiatives within a large retail environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to successful implementation and sign-off.

This role requires a strong blend of project management, stakeholder engagement, governance, and technology delivery expertise. The Project Manager will work closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes aligned to strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within large enterprise environments.

• Experience working within the retail sector will be highly advantageous.
