Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and govern analytical models for financial crime risk analytics (AML/CFT, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening).
• Identify opportunities and solve structured/unstructured problems with minimal guidance.
• Translate technical solutions into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Document models and processes clearly for governance and reviews.
• Collaborate with risk, business and technology teams to drive model effectiveness.
