Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D degree in a quantitative field or 3–5 years of data science experience.
• Strong programming in Python or R with data manipulation and ML experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure and generative AI tools; certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Model complex problems using statistical and ML methods and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop and operationalize ML models (classification, forecasting, anomaly detection).
• Design end-to-end AI workflows from data to deployment in production environments.
• Build and deploy rapid AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, or similar tools.
• Create conversational agents and copilots integrated into business processes.
• Develop RAG and prompt-engineered copilots for business workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives and deliverables.
• Present findings and provide training; document solutions for reproducibility.
