iqbusiness is seeking an intermediate Project Manager for office-based contracting opportunities in Johannesburg. You will take ownership of project delivery for a technical, data-focused client, guiding the team on deliverables and holding members accountable.

The role requires experience with Microsoft Project, a solid understanding of data terminology, and confident stakeholder management in a demanding environment. Matric is required, plus a relevant bachelor’s or diploma.

Qualifications

• Intermediate project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with data terminology and data projects.
• Experience with data or technical projects is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of project delivery from planning through to completion.
• Plan, track and report on project progress using Microsoft Project.
• Guide team members on deliverables where required.
• Hold team members accountable for agreed deliverables and timelines.
• Manage client and internal stakeholders, keeping communication clear and professional.
• Engage confidently with technical teams on data-related deliverables, risks and actions.
• Remain composed and assertive under pressure in a challenging client environment.
