Job summary

Badger Holdings (Pty) Ltd in George, Western Cape, is seeking a Project Co-ordinator to join the ARC Data Team on a six-month on-site contract. You will help move ideas and plans into delivered outcomes, coordinate activities across projects and keep stakeholders aligned.

You don\'t need to be a data engineer, but you should be comfortable in a technical environment, proactive, organized and capable of turning moving parts into a clear plan with timely updates and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Tracking actions, dependencies and outstanding items to keep projects moving.
• Organising project meetings and making sure decisions and next steps are clearly captured.
• Following up with stakeholders and team members on commitments and deadlines.
• Maintaining project documentation, status updates and reporting.
• Identifying potential delays, risks or roadblocks and raising them early.
• Helping coordinate communication between the Data team and other areas of the business.
• Supporting project leads and team members with the practical details that make delivery happen.
