Job summary

dotsure.co.za seeks a Project Co-ordinator for ARC Data Team on a six-month, on-site contract in George, Western Cape. You’ll connect dots across data projects, align priorities, track timelines and keep teams moving with clear plans and updates.

The role focuses on organisation, proactive planning, and facilitating collaboration between technical and business stakeholders in a fast-paced data environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, administration or PMO support.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple actions, deadlines, and priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail with practical problem-solving.
• Confident stakeholder engagement across teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams.
• Familiarity with project management/collaboration tools e.g. Monday.com, Asana, Trello.
• Exposure to Data/IT/Agile environments is advantageous.
• Ownership-oriented approach: ensure actions are completed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Track actions, dependencies and outstanding items to keep movement.
• Organise project meetings and capture decisions and next steps.
• Follow up with stakeholders on commitments and deadlines.
• Maintain project documentation, status updates and reporting.
• Identify delays, risks or roadblocks and raise early.
• Coordinate communication between Data team and other areas.
• Support project leads and team members with logistics.
