• Manage ETL criteria, data cleansing, object mapping and field/value mapping for the ETL process.
• Coordinate template filling for Construct process with Business teams.
• Facilitate issue resolution where load errors occur (Defects logged in DevOps).
• Provide status reporting per functional area as needed.
• Engage with business resources per stream to resolve data queries.

Key purpose:

As a data migration consultant, you'll be responsible for assisting with source to settle (S2S) and source to settle data migration projects. You will also be expected to assist in the recovery of our databases. In this role, you will work closely with your project manager and other team members on the day-to-day running of each project as well as liaising between departments when required.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Data Mapping and Migration of the Vendor Master, Purchasing Agreements as well as Open Purchasing Documents
• Experience in Procurement as well as Product Costing
• Understanding SSIS packages as well as the D365 DMF (Data Migration Framework) with Batch handling
• Manage, facilitate, and drive the extraction criteria, data cleansing, object mapping, field mapping and value mapping for the ETL process
• Manage, facilitate, and drive the filling in of the templates by the Business for the Construct process
• Facilitate Issue resolution where there are load errors (Defects logged in DevOps)
• Status reporting per functional area as and when needed
• Engage with business resources per stream to resolve data queries

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science or a related field required
• 5 year of experience in data analytics preferred
• 8 years of experience in data migration or data extraction/analysis preferred.
• 5years of experience in a multi-location environment with strong leadership and/or management experience is required
