Job summary

Indsafri is seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data solutions. You will transform raw data into trusted, governed data products using Microsoft Fabric and Azure data platforms, enabling advanced analytics and self-service BI.

You will own end-to-end pipelines, data modelling, and governance, while collaborating with Architects, Analysts, and business stakeholders in an Agile setup. Strong Python, SQL, and BI tool expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in BI/Data Engineering or analytics.
• Experience designing ETL/ELT pipelines and data models.
• Strong Python and SQL skills for data processing and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Microsoft Fabric and Azure.
• Develop dimensional models and semantic data layers with governance.
• Create Power BI dashboards and datasets for self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver data products.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, and security across pipelines.
