Job summary

Calibrate People is seeking a Data and Business Analyst who thrives in Change-The-Business-Projects. You will map business problems to actionable data solutions, challenge requirements, and translate them into implementable plans.

You will translate needs into data requirements, perform data gap analyses, document as-is and to-be models, and manage expectations with stakeholders while guiding project lifecycles from initiation to deployment. Hybrid Sandton role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in business analysis.
• Relevant bachelor's degree, with strong preference for a post graduate qualification.
• Relevant Business Analyst certifications or a drive to pursue further studies.
• Strong Data analysis skills (data crunching is second nature).
• Competencies with software, programming and business intelligence tools are highly advantageous.
• Logical thinker who follows the recipe for success but knows when to tweak the ingredients.
• Fantastic communicator: engage stakeholders, translate complex requirements, and document like a pro.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
