Job summary

Hire Far Out is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead its growing analytics function across international teams. You will own the data products roadmap and deliver AI-ready insights, coordinating a team of data analysts and BI developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a numerate or analytical discipline (such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or data science) combined with 5+ years of experience across data analysis, BI development, and product management.
• Proven expertise in deploying enterprise business intelligence platforms, specifically Power BI, Fabric, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik.
• Strong technical proficiency in data analysis languages and tools, including SQL, Excel, and Python.
• Practical experience utilising AI tools and agents within analytical workflows to generate insights and automate reporting.
• Basic understanding of Vibe coding concepts to assist in the rapid development of applications or programmes.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the end-to-end lifecycle and roadmap of certified, AI-ready data products, including datasets, dashboards, and analytics applications.
• Translate cross-functional business requirements into technical product specifications while managing the analytics intake and backlog prioritisation.
• Line manage, mentor, and coordinate the daily workloads of the data analysts and business intelligence developers.
• Oversee the design, development, and secure delivery of high-quality dashboards and reports across enterprise platforms.
• Embed analytics tools and automated triggers into operational workflows while delivering documentation and training to support user adoption.
• Assist in building prototype applications and programmes utilising basic vibe coding techniques and AI-driven development tools.
