Job summary

MyCareerCraft is seeking a sharp Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights. You will gather data from multiple systems, build dashboards in Power BI, and partner with business units to define reporting requirements.

Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Excel are essential to ensure accurate, timely insights for strategic decisions. The role requires 2–4 years in data analysis or reporting, with familiarity in ERP/CRM systems such as SAP or Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a data analysis or reporting role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (or Tableau).
• Strong working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Ability to communicate data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce) advantageous.
