The role collaborates with stakeholders across the business to understand needs, identify opportunities, and use data to solve real problems, aiding product design, process improvement and performance measurement.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in Analytics, STEM or a related field with 5+ years' experience or a Bachelor's with 8+ years' experience.
• Solid data analysis experience, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Proven track record delivering insights that drive business decisions and outcomes.
• Strong capability in SQL, Python, R, Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with complex analysis and statistical modeling.
• Ability to translate business needs into data solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to explain insights clearly and influence decision-making at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Transform complex data into actionable insights that support business strategy and performance.
• Lead and contribute to end-to-end data analysis initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Analyze large datasets using advanced analytical tools and techniques.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and data requirements.
• Build clear dashboards and reports for decision-makers.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities across products, processes and customer journeys.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Apply understanding of financial products and industry context to analysis.
