Neptune in Gauteng seeks an experienced Short-Term Insurance claims professional to assess, moderate, and investigate motor and non-motor claims. You will audit claims, determine liability, and negotiate settlements with claimants as necessary.

The ideal candidate will have extensive claims handling experience, strong analytical abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills to manage and resolve claims effectively. Occasional travel with your own vehicle is required.

The successful candidate must also be prepared to travel occasionally, sometimes on short notice, using their own reliable vehicle.
