Job summary

Exclusive Networks in South Africa is seeking a Cybersecurity Solutions Architect to design and enable cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions across our partner and vendor ecosystem. The role emphasizes pre-sales engagement, solution design, and enabling technical teams.

You will report to the Solution Engineering Manager and act as trusted advisor, maintain vendor relationships, produce documentation, scope PS engagements, and ensure architectural integrity throughout projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity or network security.
• Industry certifications (Fortinet, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Tenable) preferred.
• Experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, CrowdStrike and related security tools.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end cybersecurity solutions for partner and vendor ecosystems.
• Act as trusted technical advisor for partners, internal teams and customers.
• Maintain strong vendor/partner relationships to align with product roadmaps.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation, guidelines, and upgrade/migration plans.
• Scope Professional Services engagements and develop Statements of Work (SOW).
• Ensure design integrity during project execution and correct implementation of architectures.

About the role

The Cybersecurity Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, architecting and enabling cutting edge cybersecurity solutions across our partner and vendor ecosystem.

This role plays a strategic technical leadership function guiding partners, supporting sales teams and shaping secure solution architectures that address complex customer challenges.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience across leading Gartner Magix quardent technologies such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, SentinelOne, Crowdstike and Tenable, and excels in pre-sales engagement, solution design, technical enablement, and high-level troubleshooting.

This role will report to Solution Engineering Manager.

As The Cybersecurity Solutions Architect, You Will

• Architect end-to-end cybersecurity solutions aligned with customer business needs.
• Act as the trusted technical advisor for partners, internal teams and strategic customers.
• Maintain strong technical relationships with vendors and partners to stay aligned with product strategy and roadmaps.
• Produce high‑quality technical documentation, configuration guidelines, and upgrade/migration plans.
• Scope Professional Services (PS) engagements and develop Statements of Work (SOW).
• Oversee design integrity during project execution to ensure architectures are implemented correctly.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

About you

The Ideal Cybersecurity Solutions Architect

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or a related field.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike Sentinel One, Tenable, or equivalent) preferred.
• Network Security experience on Palo Alto, Fortinet, CrowdStrike
• Network and security tools (Wireshark, TCPDump, Nmap, etc.)
• End Point SentinelOne Endpoint Protection
• SIEM and security analytics tools
