Qualifications

• Experience in resource planning and workforce planning.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Advanced Excel skills with data interpretation.
• Experience with Power BI and project management systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Cybersecurity/Professional Services background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate allocation of Professional Services consultants to projects.
• Maintain accurate view of consultant capacity and skills.
• Forecast demand with delivery leaders and manage scheduling.
• Collaborate with sales to understand upcoming demand.
• Produce capacity and utilization reporting.
• Support revenue forecasting and time-recording compliance.
• Identify capacity gaps and suggest improvements.
• Ensure data quality across planning systems.
• Work with multiple regions and teams.
• Identify subcontractor needs when appropriate.
