The role oversees programme execution, governance, risk management, and performance reporting to ensure the Group Cyber Improvement Programme delivers expected outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Cyber Security or related field.
• 8+ years' Programme Management experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification (Advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of strategic cyber security programmes and initiatives.
• Establish programme governance, reporting, and assurance frameworks.
• Manage programme roadmaps, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and market stakeholders.
• Provide executive reporting and governance updates.
• Track programme KPIs, benefits realisation, and strategic outcomes.
• Support budgeting, resource planning, and investment tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement and programme management best practices. Coordinate critical cyber initiatives, incidents, and operational escalations.
