Aon South Africa is hiring a Client Services Advisor to support our Cyber and PI Tech practice, in a hybrid role with the flexibility to work virtually and from our Sandton office.

The role involves serving clients, supporting renewals, preparing quotes, and coordinating with insurers, while developing knowledge in cyber, PI tech, AI and related risks. Aon’s culture emphasizes collaboration and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree in cyber, risk management, insurance or related discipline preferable.
• Registration as a FSCA representative under the FAIS Act.
• Cyber/insurance professional accreditation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary day-to-day contact for allocated clients and respond promptly and professionally.
• Support the full client lifecycle across new business and renewals, including information requests and quotations.
• Prepare renewal documentation, quote comparisons, and client/insurer records.
• Assist needs analysis by guiding clients on cover, limits and retentions with senior guidance.
• Coordinate renewal notices, reminders and client meetings to meet timelines.
• Communicate with insurers regarding quotations, endorsements and negotiations.
• Support invoicing, credit control and accurate record-keeping across the portfolio.
• Provide incident coordination and collaborate with claims specialists when needed.
• Assist business development with cross-selling and internal lead coordination.
