• Manage and plan day-to-day activities of CSA and reception staff
• Perform intermediary role between CSAs and workshop, estimators, buyers and external providers; resolve escalated client queries within 48 hours
• Ensure timely contact to CSA allocated customers: Daily converted list, Work in progress list, Rework clients, Parts on back order, Clients whose vehicles are ready for collection
• Ensure paperwork for vehicle collection is completed and submitted daily
• Provide daily feedback to Branch Management regarding the customer care report, highlighting areas of concern
• Discipline and take corrective action according to Group standards for CSAs and receptionist
• Ensure all leave forms are approved and escalated to Operations Manager for authorisation; send authorised leave forms to HR
• Update time and attendance report daily to correspond with leave days taken
