This role involves moderating customer reviews and responding to email queries in both Japanese and English, while meeting or exceeding quality and productivity goals set by management. The position requires clear, polite communication, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, and following company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate knowledge of departmental resources, use customer service tools effectively, elevate issues appropriately, and proactively communicate trends to management. The role emphasizes timely, accurate, and professional customer service, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations and going above and beyond assigned duties.
This role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. You will work day /late shifts (shift - earliest start time with be 05:00am and latest end time will be 22:00 pm) and your work week is minimum 40 hours, for example: 4 days a week, 10 hour shifts or 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts. To meet our customer demand, we schedule based on a variety of different shift patterns operating within Sunday to Monday. You will receive your work schedule at least 2 weeks in advance and your shifts may change every couple of months. You may be required to work national holidays and will be compensated accordingly. You will learn more about your exact schedule closer to your start date.
