Qualifications

• Matric/N4–N6 qualifications required.
• SA ID or valid work permit.
• Port Elizabeth or Uitenhage based location.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Support the service team in resolving issues.
• Maintain and update customer records in the database.
• Prepare and distribute service reports and documents.
• Coordinate and execute customer service initiatives.
• Provide admin support to the service team as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience.
• Stay informed about products, services and policies for accurate info.
