Job summary

La Granson International is seeking a motivated Customer Sales Agent to deliver excellent customer service, handle inquiries and complaints, and drive sales and customer satisfaction. The role is based in Bellville, Cape Town and requires strong communication and multitasking abilities.

You will respond to inquiries, provide product information, and collaborate with teammates to meet customer satisfaction goals, attending training sessions as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
