Job summary

OLX in Johannesburg invites an experienced, driven Customer Relationship Manager to nurture long-term client partnerships and resolve service issues to ensure satisfaction. You will market Property24 products, build a strong local brand, and collaborate across teams to grow our customer base.

Excellent opportunity for an experienced, driven and ambitious Customer Relationship Manager. You must have a can-do, mature attitude and be willing to go the extra mile. Must be able to create and nurture long-term relationships with customers and resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services.

Requirements

• Matric, relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales
• Proven sales track record
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Good command of English and Afrikaans (written and verbal)
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, marketing and negotiations skills
• Self-motivator
• A customer-oriented attitude
• Persuasiveness and selling ability

Remuneration

• Marker related basic salary plus monthly commission
