Job summary

OLX is seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager in Cape Town to market Property24 products and build a strong local brand presence. You will manage a sales pipeline, establish client relationships, and drive sales targets while representing OLX in a dynamic market.

Requirements include Matric, 3–5 years in sales, a proven track record, and fluent English and Afrikaans. A valid driver's license and own vehicle are important for travel and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Matric is required; a tertiary qualification is an advantage.
• 3–5 years’ experience in sales is preferred.
• Proven sales track record demonstrating targets achieved.
• Strong written and verbal English and Afrikaans.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
• Excellent interpersonal, communications, marketing and negotiations skills.

Excellent opportunity for an experienced, driven and ambitious Customer Relationship Manager. You must have a can-do, mature attitude and be willing to go the extra mile. Must be able to create and nurture long-term relationships with customers and resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services.
