Job summary

Clover is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to manage Customer Master records and support business operations. The role requires creating and maintaining customer data, processing documentation, and generating reports to ensure accuracy and timely information for internal teams.

The incumbent will handle bulk account creation, data formatting in Excel, and provide guidance to users and partners while resolving data discrepancies and ensuring SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience applying job-related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level.
• Fluent business English.

Responsibilities

• Create new customer accounts in accordance with Clover's rules and standards.
• Download account applications and prepare excel files for bulk creation.
• Prepare and format excel files for bulk maintenance.
• Maintain existing customer records to support operational requirements.
• Monitor call logging system for customer master related calls.
• Attend to calls promptly and timeously.
• Adhere to SLA's.
• Provide guidance and assistance to users.
• Provide support to internal users and business partners.
• Assist users with trouble shooting and problem solving.
• Provide information to aid business processes.
