Job summary

Oxyon People Solutions is seeking a highly organised Customer Marketing & Sales Assistant to support customer marketing initiatives, sales reporting and asset administration. You will work closely with the Customer Marketing Manager, Sales Management and internal stakeholders to coordinate trade marketing activities and maintain accurate databases.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• At least three years of data administration or similar administrative experience.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong data capturing, reporting and database management abilities.
• Experience with POS or market data software such as Circana or Nielsen is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of customer marketing and trade marketing activities.
• Maintain image databases and assist with shelf layouts and planograms.
• Manage stock sheets and trackers for POS materials, promotions and trade kits.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Sales Management and Sales Operations for in-store activities.
• Compile, maintain and update sales trackers for special projects, and circulate weekly/monthly tracking reports.
• Liaise with stakeholders to collect, verify and capture information.
• Assist with breaking down sales targets by key account and customer group and communicate targets monthly/quarterly/annually.
• Assist with sales and market performance reports for management and board meetings.
• Maintain an accurate database of company-owned assets and liaise with suppliers for placements, maintenance and verifications.
• Follow up on asset verifications and ensure records are up to date.
• Provide general admin support to the Customer Marketing Manager and wider team.
