Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent is required.
• Strong English communication abilities.
• Computer literacy is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Stock and store products in a safe and tidy manner.
• Merchandise products according to standards.
• Price items accurately, including random weight/loose selling items.
• Check pricing labels and ensure correct pricing.
• Check stock quality, rotate stock, and remove expired items.
• Prevent wastage, shrinkage, and damages.
• Monitor temperatures and maintain the cold chain if applicable.
• Follow security procedures and operate/clean equipment as instructed.
• Engage with customers, understand requests, and provide accurate products or services.
• Process customer orders according to standard procedures and promote products.
