Job summary

Old Mutual South Africa is seeking a customer-focused advisor to offer product guidance to a defined market. You will handle routine inquiries, keep CRM data accurate, and develop customer relationships through calls and meetings.

Responsibilities include following compliance standards, supporting business development, and identifying new sales opportunities while maintaining high service levels and data quality.

Qualifications

• NQF Level 4 - Grade 12 is required.
• Experience with customer service and sales support is expected.
• Basic data entry and CRM handling skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on a specific range of products to an allocated market.
• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle inquiries.
• Assess compliance with standards for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and note follow-up actions.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using a sales script.
• Make calls to develop relationships and be first contact for queries.
• Follow mandatory procedures to meet quality and regulatory codes.
• Support routine business development tasks and follow established procedures.
