Qualifications

• 12+ months experience in customer services.
• Matric with Math/Accounting (50%) and English (50%).
• Basic MS Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Servicing members telephonically and via other servicing channels until the query is resolved.
• Providing customer-centric service in line with service principles.
• Keeping up to date with product changes to ensure accurate servicing of stakeholders.
• Staying abreast of digital servicing tools and ensuring functionality.
