Cullinan Holdings is seeking an IT Technical Support Engineer to keep our people and technology running smoothly

You will deliver fast, professional support, maintain desktops and devices, resolve incidents within SLA, and identify ways to improve IT processes while keeping security and documentation up to date.

Qualifications

• NQF Level 4/5 Diploma.
• A+ and N+ Qualification.
• Preferable ITIL Foundation Certification.
• 2-3 years minimum experience in similar position.
• Experience in running complex environments.
• Own reliable transport.

IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Deliver excellent technical support – Provide fast, reliable and professional assistance to all users.
• Keep technology running – Maintain high availability of desktops, devices, systems and peripherals.
• Own and resolve incidents – Respond to and resolve technical issues efficiently and within agreed SLAs.
• Prevent problems before they happen – Identify recurring issues and use proactive troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
• Keep our environment secure – Ensure devices remain appropriately patched, protected and compliant with IT security requirements.
• Keep things organised – Maintain accurate IT asset records, tickets and technical documentation.
• Put users first – Deliver a friendly, professional support experience that builds rapport, trust and confidence.
• Look for better ways of working – Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, systems and overall efficiency.
