Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role within the hospitality or catering industry.
• Strong knowledge of culinary trends, menu planning, and food presentation.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills , with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging clients and managing vendor relationships.
• Flexibility to work both remotely and on-site as required by event schedules.
• Familiarity with event management software and platforms is a plus.
