About the Role

Our client, a dynamic innovator in the digital assets space, is seeking a strategic and experienced Cryptocurrency Product Manager to lead product initiatives from their Benoni office. This role requires a blend of deep market understanding, technical acumen, and exceptional leadership skills to define and execute the vision for new cryptocurrency products and features. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to launch and iteration, ensuring that our client's offerings meet the evolving needs of the crypto community and maintain a competitive edge. Key Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for cryptocurrency-related products.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify product opportunities and requirements.
Translate product strategy into detailed product specifications, user stories, and functional requirements.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Prioritize product features and backlog based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
Manage product launches, including go-to-market strategies and cross-functional coordination.
Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and drive continuous product improvement.
Stay abreast of trends and advancements in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
Ensure products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech products.
Proven experience in defining product strategy, roadmaps, and launching successful products.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and the cryptocurrency market.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
