About the Role Our client, a leading innovator in the crypto & blockchain space, is looking for a strategic and results-oriented Blockchain Product Manager to join their team. This role, based in Midrand, Gauteng, ZA, is responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our blockchain-based products and services. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, working closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver exceptional products that meet market demands. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of blockchain technology, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record of successfully launching and managing technology products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for blockchain products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify product opportunities.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and product specifications.
• Prioritize product features and backlog based on business value and strategic goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on product improvements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the blockchain space.
• Act as a subject matter expert on blockchain products and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a significant focus on blockchain or cryptocurrency products.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
