Formación

• Proven experience as Crypto Security Auditor, Penetration Tester, or Smart Contract Auditor
• Deep knowledge of Solidity and common vulnerabilities
• Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptography, and network security
• Experience with security analysis tools for blockchain applications
• Ability to perform static and dynamic analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to articulate security issues clearly
• Familiarity with various blockchain protocols and ecosystems
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Crypto Security Auditor to join their dedicated security team in Upington, Northern Cape, ZA . In this critical role, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities in smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and blockchain protocols. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the integrity and safety of our client's digital assets and the trust of their users. This position requires a deep understanding of blockchain security principles, cryptographic techniques, and common attack vectors. We are looking for a proactive individual who can provide thorough and actionable security assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive security audits of smart contracts (e.g., Solidity) and blockchain-based applications.
• Identify vulnerabilities, including reentrancy attacks, integer overflows, front-running, and other common exploits.
• Analyze codebases for security flaws and provide detailed reports with remediation recommendations.
• Develop and maintain security testing tools and frameworks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, trends, and best practices in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
• Advise development teams on secure coding practices and architectural design for blockchain solutions.
• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for new and existing projects.

Requirements
