Placements24 is seeking a Senior Smart Contract Auditor for a fully remote role in the Crypto & Blockchain industry. You will conduct in-depth security audits of smart contracts, identify vulnerabilities, and provide mitigation recommendations for client projects, ensuring the security and integrity of blockchain-based applications.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in Solidity, blockchain security principles, and experience with auditing across different languages.

Formación

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with focus on smart contract auditing and blockchain security.
• Proficiency in Solidity and auditing smart contracts in other languages.
• Experience with blockchain analysis tools and security testing frameworks.
• Strong cryptography, distributed systems, and blockchain protocol knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct rigorous audits of smart contracts on various blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Solana, etc.).
• Identify vulnerabilities such as reentrancy, integer overflows, access control issues, and economic exploits.
• Perform static and dynamic analysis of smart contract code.
• Develop and maintain robust audit methodologies and checklists.
• Provide clear, detailed, and actionable reports on audit findings and recommended fixes.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure vulnerabilities are addressed effectively.
• Stay abreast of the latest smart contract exploits, attack vectors, and security best practices.
• Contribute to the development of security tools and frameworks.
• Mentor junior auditors and contribute to knowledge sharing within the security team.
• Communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Deep understanding of common smart contract vulnerabilities and exploitation techniques.
• Experience with blockchain analysis tools and security testing frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of cryptography, distributed systems, and blockchain protocols.
• Ability to read, understand, and analyze complex codebases.
