Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in operation and maintenance of vessel systems, including cleaning and upkeep of decks, equipment, and machinery
• Provide excellent customer service to guests onboard the cruise ship
• Handle lines and assist with docking and undocking procedures
• Perform routine safety checks and maintain a safe working environment
• Participate in emergency drills and be familiar with emergency procedures
• Assist with loading/unloading of cargo and supplies
• Help prepare and serve meals for guests and crew
• Monitor and report issues to the Captain or crew members
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
