Nedbank is seeking a Specialist: Credit Innovation to identify and develop products aligned with strategic objectives. You will be the system owner/ SME for credit platforms in BCB, driving improvements, cost control, and reporting.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships and mentor teams to deliver credit innovations and governance across the bank. In this role, you will design new processes, automate frontline activities, train staff, and contribute to culture initiatives while

Formación

• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees.
• NQF Level 5 or 6 with banking related qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• System owner and SME for Credit Systems used in BCB.
• Participate in system and process enhancements to improve business results.
• Manage operational mandates and reviews to control costs.
• Prepare portfolio review presentations based on MIS.
• Draft monthly business reports.
• Resolve credit/service queries with SMEs.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors to protect Nedbank's reputation.
• Collaborate with managers and colleagues across the organisation.
• Support Head Office with general/operational admin functions.
