Responsibilities

• Analysis and Decision Support: Run analysis across data, credit and product to support day-to-day decisions.
• Turn data into clear, actionable insight for the leads and squad.
• Investigate questions methodically and present findings simply.
• Models and Reporting: Build and maintain models and reports under guidance.
• Keep reporting accurate, timely and easy to interpret.
• Support the maintenance and monitoring of existing models.
• Data Quality and Automation: Keep data accurate, reliable and well-structured for analysis.
• Automate and improve routine analytical tasks to save time and reduce error.
• Follow sound practice so work is reproducible and maintainable.
• Collaboration and Delivery Support: Support the leads on scoping, planning and delivery.
• Collaborate with product, credit and engineering colleagues as needed.
• Communicate progress, questions and blockers clearly.
• Learning and Development: Learn and grow the analytical craft through practice and feedback.
• Keep current on relevant tools, techniques and the bank's standards.
