Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in credit risk management, preferably in banking.
• Expertise in credit risk modeling, portfolio analysis, and regulatory compliance (Basel).
• Proven leadership experience with ability to manage and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain effective credit risk policies and procedures across the organization.
• Analyze credit applications, portfolio performance, and economic trends to assess and manage risk exposure.
